Summer time is Lavender season in Tasmania, and each year the fields surrounding EOT headquarters, Brookfield Farm in Margate, just south of Hobart, are a stunning vibrant purple. It certainly attracts the insta-crowds! The article discusses EOT’s recent expansion and upgrade of their facilities at Brookfield, including high-tech irrigation and a mobile distilling facility.
